Are you a Skilled Member Service Representative looking for either a new challenge or a company culture change? Randstad Duluth is currently recruiting for a Full-time Member Service Representative for a local credit union!
This is a PERMANENT/DIRECT HIRE position and competitive salary and benefits are offered by this very attractive company!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for providing a variety duties for members in person, via phone, and through the mail; including, but not limited to, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances. Serves members promptly and professionally.
Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals.
Performs a broad variety of member services functions such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates, and assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account problems.
Answers members' questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance duties and actively cross-sells Credit Union services.
Performs specific assigned side jobs including various clerical and receptionist functions, and assists other Member Service Representatives with duties as required.
Candidates will be required to work in 2 Duluth locations: Downtown & Branch near Miller Hill Mall.
Hours are Monday-Friday
8am-5:00pm - Downtown location
8:45am - 5:45pm - Branch location
Working hours: 8am - 5pm
Qualified candidates:
Must have a flexible schedule, as hours and location may change week to week.
Will have 2
years of cash handling & customer service experience.
Will be computer literate and have proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
Candidates are required to submit to a criminal background check and Credit check.
Candidates must also have flexibility with scheduling.
This position is not located near public transportation.
Candidates must be willing travel between branches in the Duluth area.
