Convenience Transportation, LLC, a subsidiary of Kwik Trip, Inc., services our 400
convenience store locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and change orientated support co-worker. Because the responsibilities associated with this position may change frequently, we are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a wide variety of clerical, administrative, and operational/logistical support responsibilities. Currently, the selected individual will complete support functions associated with dispatch and operations. The majority of our drivers are based out of La Crosse, WI. Our state-of-the art fleet is equipped with electronic logging, satellite communication, and is serviced regularly by our own Truck Maintenance Shop. As a Dispatch Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all inbound calls to our central phone line, assist drivers, and offer support to dispatch and management. This individual will also assist the Distribution Division Management Team in projects, regulatory compliance, and other operations related matters, as well as general tasks such as record keeping and reporting.
Work Schedule: Flexibility in work days while working 40 hours per week.

## Qualifications
2
years in an administrative/support role or equivalent experience/education. Candidates should have: strong interpersonal skills via telephone; ability to process, interpret and communicate both verbal and written information to co-workers and customers in a professional manner; ability to remain calm in a stressful work environment; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; strong time management/organizational skills; ability to complete basic math computations; strong problem solving skills; ability to meet deadlines. Additional qualifications include: self-motivated; accurate/detail oriented; work well alone or as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; coordinate efforts of multiple parties; demonstrate a high level of customer service; work in a safety conscious environment; strong computer skills and ability to operate a personal computer; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; possess strong typing and data entry skills; comfort with office equipment is required. Experience in an AS400 environment, and knowledge of transportation operations and DOT regulations is a plus. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
