Who is a Member Advisor?
Member Advisors are the face of Affinity Plus! Whether you are working with members face-to-face, over the phone, or through online chat, you build relationships and own the experience with every member you interact with. Yes, you heard it right! You get paid to take the time to get to know people and there are no quotas here!
What are some of the tasks you may do on a day-to-day basis?
Open membership accounts including, but not limited to: savings, checking, certificates of deposit, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)
Process deposit/withdraw of funds in checking, savings, and loan accounts
Execute wire or ACH transferring of funds
Instant issue debit, credit, and gift cards
Balance and maintain personal cash drawer and branch vault
Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Intermediate Computer Skills - You must have the ability to navigate between multiple systems with ease
2 years of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED required
Workplace Environment:
Sitting 40-50% and standing 50-60% which is determined on your rotation within the branch
Working at a computer 98% of the day
Utilizing the phone 25-40%
Bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, or crouching when appropriate, on occasion
Repetitive movements, including but not limited to typing, using a mouse, phones, etc.
Lift, carry, push or pull up to approximately 30 pounds (cash/coin bags, supplies, etc.)
Additional Information:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday- 11:00 am- 6:00 pm
Saturday- 8:30 am- 12:30 pm

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
