Cirrus Aircraft is looking for a strategic thinker, with strong analytical skills, who is organized and focused on results. Must have a strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, Q&A; testing and conversion measurement. The ideal candidate will have _three (3) or more years of CRM and marketing automation experience_. Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, or relative tools is a must. In this role, the automation specialist will become one of our marketing automation Super Users, maintaining it, evolving it and driving best practices. The individual will assist with designing lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring and asset creation. Reports to the Marketing Communications Manager.

Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to translate program needs into technical executions to drive both quantity and quality of leads and improve conversion to opportunities.
Configure, test and launch campaigns within the marketing automation system.
Monitor and analyze data flow, resolve issues.
Work closely with Web Development and CRM Administrators to maintain data integrity and interaction with supporting BLR systems.
Job Requirements:
3
years of related experience in marketing.
Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
Copywriting and/or design experience is a plus.
Technical Skillset:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and HTML.
Familiarity with Marketing Automation such as Eloqua or Marketo.
Google Analytics or other reporting analytics tools preferred.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
