AHL Healthcare Group is a local property and health care company seeking a skilled individual with maintenance and carpentry experience.This position will be responsible for maintenance and carpentry services and repairs for our residential and commercial propertiesThis position has core working hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 4:
30pm, but may require occasional work outside of those hours for emergency service calls, including nights and weekends.Location:
Duluth and surrounding areasCompensation:
Full-time $22.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Qualifications:
2
years general maintenance experience Valid driver's license with ability to pass MVR check Ability to work independently Time management and communication skills Physically fit to complete all essential job duties to include frequent lifting, bending, standing, and climbing
Responsibilities:
Painting Installing carpet and vinyl flooring Light electrical duties Light plumbing duties Waxing & sealing commercial floors Use and care for basic carpentry and power equipment Other duties as assigned

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
