The Vice President and General Counsel serves as the chief legal officer of company and as a member of the senior management team. The VP and General Counsel will report to the President of the company and will oversee all legal matters including supplier and other contracts, licensing, compliance, governance, products liability, intellectual property and employment. The candidate also will manage outside litigation counsel and advise management and the Board on legal strategy and risk management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
