Customer Service Manager

Partnering with Lake Connections, Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is a multifaceted position and will be responsible for answering customer and business inquiries, setting up billing accounts, data entry and other tasks. The position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
o Receives and answers customer inquiries, business and trouble line calls regarding: telephone services, Digital TV, billing questions, and Internet service regarding rates and equipment.
o Is responsible for all distribution programs (911, lidb, Cnam, DA updates).
o Inputs, dispatches, clears, and reviews all service orders, trouble tickets, and cable locates ensuring accurate record keeping on all phases and types of the service orders (membership, customer information, billing, carriers, calling cards, all plant information, equipment, directory, 911, Lidb, membership, etc.).
o Receives and dispatches trouble reports, cable locations, service orders, and job orders.
o Possesses word processing proficiency necessary for all correspondence, record keeping, and data entry required of this position.
o Sets up and maintains billing accounts for all services and Helpdesk and any other necessary forms and/or software to maintain user accounts.
o Maintains Switch updates and enters necessary data to the switch for all service order changes when necessary.
o Maintains all service order and trouble ticket tables (available phone number, member number, etc.).
o Receives payments from walk-in customers and balances cash drawer daily, while maintaining proper accounting of all cash received.
o Might open or close the Service Center; including duties necessary to assist walk-in traffic.
o Possess a neat appearance for meeting the public on a daily basis and welcomes on-site visitors in a professional, friendly manner. Efficiently determines nature of visitors' business and direct to appropriate personnel.
o Is familiar with billing, sale of equipment, and all phases of service to assist customers as needed.
o Completes other duties as assigned by Customer Service Supervisor and General Manager.
Requirements for the position include:
o Bachelor (B.A.) degree from an accredited university/college or associate's degree from college/technical school plus two or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
o Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
o A valid driver's license, in good standing, is required
The Management team for the Lake Connections Network has secured Express Employment Professionals to handle all employment opportunities. Selected candidates will be required to submit to computer testing, pre-employment drug screening and a background check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
